There is not much to do at the top, but view, souvenir shops, and Hihokan (erotic museum). The whole package costs 1800 yen for round trip Ropeway and Hihokan.
Must be over 18 to enter Hihokan. I do not recommend this place. I think this place is over priced and complete waste of time.
